All orders are shipped with priority mail. Priority mail delivers in 1-3 business days and includes up to $100 of insurance.

If a file needs to be claimed, Morningstar Craft Co will file the claim in order to quickly replace or refund your order.

Morningstar Craft Co cannot file a claim on orders marked as delivered. You will have to contact your local post office to discuss locating your package as soon as possible.

We accept returns on new / unused silicone molds, just make sure to contact us as soon as possible and return your mold(s) within 7 days from delivery.
